Mythril Digital ID Waitlist Terms

These terms are the agreement you accept when you join the waitlist. Save or print this page. Mythril Technologies, LLC (“Mythril,” “we”) is the seller. Payments are processed by Stripe.

1. Nothing is charged today

Joining the waitlist does not charge your card. We save a payment method with Stripe so we can bill you later only as described below.

2. What you are authorizing

If we launch Digital ID and we deliver the units you reserved, your paid subscription begins automatically on delivery at USD $10.00 per paid device per month, plus applicable taxes, billed to the card you saved, then monthly until you cancel. You choose 1 to 5 paid devices when you join. Examples: 1 paid device is $10.00/month; 5 paid devices are $50.00/month. Launch is not guaranteed. If we never launch, or we never deliver a unit, you will not be charged.

2A. Early joiner buy one, get one free

Everyone who joins while this waitlist is open is an early joiner and receives one extra unit at $0/month. We ship paid devices plus that free unit if we launch. You are billed only for the paid devices. The free unit is not a second subscription.

2B. Joining again with the same email

If this inbox is already on the waitlist and you join again from a new visit, we do not replace your first order on the spot. We save the second order as pending and email that inbox one-time links to keep either the first order or the second. Each link works once and cancels the order you do not keep. A second submit in the same browser visit is blocked. Ignoring the email leaves the first order active and the second pending until you choose or cancel.

3. Early pilot / test cohort

Joining does not put you in line for a guaranteed ship date. We may select a small pilot, beta, or field-test cohort from waitlist members, including people who complete the optional details form. Selection is at our sole discretion. Most people on the list will not be invited. An invitation is not a general launch and does not promise that anyone else will receive a unit.

If we invite you, you may decline and stay on the waitlist, or cancel. We will email you before we ship a pilot unit, with what we are sending, the amount (if any), the expected first-charge date if that unit is delivered, and how to cancel. You can cancel before that delivery and pay nothing.

If you do not cancel before a pilot unit is delivered to you, that delivery is “delivery” under these terms: the $10.00 per paid device per month subscription plus tax begins automatically on delivery, even if the unit is pre-release, a prototype, or differs from a later retail unit, unless the invitation expressly says the unit is a loaner we will not bill for. Pilot hardware or software may change, contain defects, or be updated or replaced. Feedback we ask for is optional and is never required to cancel.

4. The unit

The “unit” is a physical Mythril Digital ID device, including a pilot or test unit we deliver unless the invitation says it is a loaner, and including the extra early-joiner unit. Delivery of paid units is the start of paid service except where the invitation says otherwise. Images on the waitlist are illustrative and may differ from the shipped product.

5. Tax and shipping

The $10.00 per paid device per month price does not include taxes. Applicable sales or similar taxes will be added at the time of each charge. Shipping, if any, is not charged when you join. If shipping will be charged, we will tell you the amount in a notice before we ship, and you may cancel before delivery and pay nothing.

6. How to cancel (pay nothing before delivery)

Cancel any time before your unit is delivered. Cancellation is meant to be as easy as joining:

We will not ship a unit and you will not be charged.

7. Confirmation of enrollment

After you join we email a retainable confirmation from noreply@mythril.tech (our SMTP) that restates the automatic-renewal terms, the cancellation policy, and the methods in section 6. Keep that email.

8. Cancel after delivery

After the subscription starts, cancel the same way (cancel page). Cancellation stops future monthly charges at the end of the then-current monthly period, except where a longer or shorter period is required by law. You keep the unit. The device is not a deposit and does not have to be returned unless we say otherwise in a later notice (including a pilot invitation that says the unit is a loaner). We do not refund the current period except where required by law.

9. Notice before the first charge

Before the first charge we will email you that the unit has shipped or been delivered (including a pilot unit), the amount (USD $10.00 times your paid devices), the charge date, and how to cancel.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

11. Record of consent

When you check the authorization box and save a card, we store the time, a terms version (this page: 2026-08-28), the paid-device quantity you chose, and a hashed network identifier used only for abuse prevention. That is our record that you agreed.
