Privacy Notice

This notice covers the Mythril Digital ID waitlist operated by Mythril Technologies, LLC. It is not the privacy policy for the Wingman venue product.

What we collect

• Email address, and if you complete Step 2: name, country, use case, and any optional fields you type (phone, organization, address, notes, and similar). If you cancel and choose to send feedback: the reasons and notes you type.
• Your consent and subscription-authorization checkboxes, the terms version you accepted, the number of paid devices you chose, the early-joiner free unit, and the time of acceptance.
• A hashed IP address and a truncated browser user-agent, used only to limit abuse.
• Stripe customer and payment-method identifiers. We do not store your full card number. Stripe processes the card.
• If the same inbox joins again from a new visit: a second pending order and one-time email links used only to keep the first or second order.

How we use it

To run the waitlist, contact you about launch, shipment, billing, cancellation, a possible early pilot or field test, and a second-join choice if you register again, start or stop the $10.00 per paid device per month subscription when units are delivered, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. We may use Step 2 details to select and invite a small pilot cohort. We do not sell your information.

Processors

Stripe processes payment methods. Fly.io hosts the app and database. Email, if configured, is sent through our SMTP provider.

Retention

We keep waitlist and billing records until you cancel and for as long as we need them for taxes, disputes, or law. You can ask us to delete what the law allows us to delete by emailing privacy@mythril.tech.

Your choices

• Cancel before delivery (no charge, no unit) or after delivery (stop future charges): cancel page. We email a confirm-it’s-you link; check junk or spam if you do not see it. If the email never arrives, the cancel page footer has cancel@mythril.tech. Join confirmations come from noreply@mythril.tech and include these instructions.
• Optional marketing email is a separate checkbox. Transactional mail about launch, shipment, billing, cancel, and a possible pilot invite still goes to the address you joined with.
• If you cancel, we first email a link to confirm you own the inbox (and a Stay on the list link to abort). If you do not respond, we email again every 24 hours for 3 days, then cancel automatically. After you confirm or we auto-cancel, we email a final confirmation. That final email may include an optional feedback form. Answers help us improve Digital ID. They are not required to cancel.

On this device

After you type or join with an email, this site may keep that address in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie, and not sent to our servers until you submit a form). We use it only to pre-fill the join and details forms on this device so you do not have to retype it, and to block a second join in the same browser visit. Cancel forms are not pre-filled. This is not used for advertising. Clear this site’s data in your browser to remove it.
